• Serve visitors by greeting and welcoming them properly• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed• Receive and sort daily mails, deliveries or couriers• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook & issue visitor badges)• Update appointment calendars and schedule appointments or meetings• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing• Assist in developing marketing programs to attract attention to activities & events• Promote products and services to customers• Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.• Find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.• Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints.• Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.• Register company online to cater more clients and to participate auctions/biddings• Conduct regular inventory of set-up equipment• Handle cashier duties by taking cash or credit cards in exchange of services sold
