My objective as a University instructor is to inspire my students to develop their own learning interests and critical thinking through a wide range of methodologies. I carefully choose my education content and activities that are challenging for the students so that they are motivated to think “beyond” their comfort zone and build confidence when presenting to an audience. Collaborative learning is also central to my teaching methodology in order to promote reflective thinking and improve the students’ communicative skills. All in all, the application of technology in the classroom such as Web board, wikis and YouTube are helpful tools in the promotion of meaningful learning through collaborative work as well. Similarly, out-of-the-classroom education is the absolute complement to classroom learning and a way to help students learn from the field and become better managers. I truly believe in giving my students enough rope either to run with or to attach themselves with. I also have ten years + of proven and successful industry experience, I am a combination of a product, business and political Solution consultant. I truly believe that today's consumers are looking for partners who are willing to share the risks and have a clear vision and a clear strategy.I have had the pleasure of working directly with some of the very best Multinationals around the world such as SAP, IBM, TIBCO and Xerox. The experience has given me a diverse perspective on business development, leadership, as well as a deep passion for the art of building rapport with leaders.I strongly believe in an entrepreneurial environment where every team member pitches in toward a common goal.
