Current- Supervise the mud service in (10) drilling rigs and two (2) workover rigs which the mud service is provided by 3 mud service companies ( Baker Hughes, Halliburton mud service (Baroid) and Bohai mud service company )- Responsible for managing all mud companies contracts and as such is overall responsible for performing and supervising technical evaluations performed on all mud companies bid proposals.- Oversee and assist Mud Contractor Coordinator to implement constructive… Show more - Supervise the mud service in (10) drilling rigs and two (2) workover rigs which the mud service is provided by 3 mud service companies ( Baker Hughes, Halliburton mud service (Baroid) and Bohai mud service company )- Responsible for managing all mud companies contracts and as such is overall responsible for performing and supervising technical evaluations performed on all mud companies bid proposals.- Oversee and assist Mud Contractor Coordinator to implement constructive supervision of drilling fluids, solids control & waste management. - Planning of Water Base systems to meet the requirement that includes Salt saturated mud (MW=2.30Sg)/ KCL/PHPA mud/ Polymer mud and completion fluid.- Contribute to the full implementation of HSE goals and objectives. - Reduce and avoid Non-productive time (NPT) related to drilling fluids.- Provide continuous advice and technical support to project team to ensure smoothly operations. - Supervise mud service contractor engineer to properly execute the mud program.- Approve the mud program by establishing mud system and major mud properties upon drilling operation program and adjacent drilled well’s data. Ensures the mud program adopted in the operation match the geological characteristics, meet the requirement of the drilling program and cost economically. - Review the cementing program.- Control and achieve a reasonable consumption of mud materials and approve the mud payment invoice monthly.- Monitoring of well site inventory of all drilling fluid products.- Inspection of rig site mud materials area storage meet the requirement of company and HSE policy.- Organize mud transfer between rigs.- Collect and work out statistics data related mud operation periodically with cost analysis.
