I am currently pursuing a Master's in Computational Science and Engineering, with a focus on applying computational tools and physics to further humanity's knowledge and to solve complex, large-scale problems. My academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, concentrating in Structural Engineering, where I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which I now aim to apply pro bono in service of infrastructural projects that contribute to societal progress and humanity's well-being.My passion for educational equity has led me to engage deeply with underserved communities. Through roles in Teach For Pakistan and the Millennium Campus Network, I’ve led initiatives that provided quality education to disadvantaged students, including a project that directly impacted Afghan migrant children in Islamabad. As a classroom teacher, I focused on fostering academic growth through technology integration and hybrid learning models, and co-founded an Immersive Learning Center to address behavioral and literacy challenges in the school I was teaching at.I have also contributed to organizing large-scale educational events such as the STEM Olympiad 2022, while conducting reviews to improve organizational visibility and engagement through digital platforms. My long-term goal is to leverage my expertise in computational science and physics to make a dent in the horizon of our knowledge about the universe, to use my Civil Engineering background to support social impact projects that serve humanity, and to use my experience in the Education sector to improve the learning outcomes of children in disadvantaged communities. Background photo: Cornell Computational Science and Engineering
