Elv Draftsman
Current•Knowledge of the following ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Audio Visual, GRMS & ICT.•Developing detailed design, shop drawings and as-built drawings on ELV systems.•Developing CAD drafts based on project design requirements.•Preparing the physical security design drawings for CCTV, gate barrier, intrusion detection, intercom & car park management system.•Preparing shop drawings for Public address, Audio visual & video conferencing coordinate with AV engineer.•Preparing the control room, schematic design & diagram for ICT and ELV systems.•Assist engineers/designers with drafting and preparation of design drawings.•Develop design documentation to support design intent. This includes plans, elevations, sections and details.•All the shop drawings preparation and design as per architectural standard (drawing layouts, blocks, xref, reference, color pen assignment & title blocks Etc…)•Review contractor’s submittals and construction documents inclusive of design intent, detailing, and code requirements.•Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members, as well as independently.•Ability to draft and design drawings from engineer provided markups.
