Develops and implements policies and procedures utilized by the agency. Manages agency in accordance with policies/procedures of governing body in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Enforces policies/procedures of the agency. Liaison to Board for all agency departments. Prepares personnel policies and job descriptions. Supervises Nursing department.Manages confidentiality and safe storage of current and closed client records, personnel records. Participates in scheduling, planning and procurement of materials and information for staff meetings and in-service education programs.Arbitrates complaints and disputes regarding clients, families or personnel.Maintains appropriate office staffing. Oversees personnel issues.
