This role consisted in examining ILI inspection data with client pipeline integrity and enabling safe operation of offshore and onshore pipeline. I conducted initial run check, ensured alignment of inspection data with client specifications, identified discrepancies, and delivered optimum solution. I led evaluation of pipeline threats such as crack anomalies, corrosions, and mechanical damage, and performed failure pressure calculations based on pipeline code ASME Modified B31G, 0.85dL, effective area, and RSTRENG. I developed work instruction procedures for crack assessment and calculations, and led and coached team of 12 analysts. Finally I corrected analyst results and ensured compliance with client standards. My key accomplishments included:• Passing all level 3 practical and written ANSI/ASNT ILI PQ­2005.• Administering over $20M annual team budget.
