I am the lead Graduate Assistant for Spes Nova, a non-profit organization that works with several artisans across Latin America and Africa by offering microfinance/microinsurance and marketing their products.

● Served as a focal point for 40 students, helping them manage and enjoy housing life, while solving minor conflicts. ● Planned 2-3 programs a month ranging from educational to life skills, promoting a sense of social interaction during Covid-19. ● On duty for 2-3 nights a week ensuring the safety of residents, while enforcing College policies. ● Mentored the Residential Housing Council (RHC) of my building for a semester; was one of other RAs selecting and evaluating new RAS.

● Assisted Marist College students, faculty and staff with technology related questions and concerns. ● Handled a volume Emails, incoming calls and call backs, mainly providing the necessary support or routing them to the appropriate area for resolution. ● Multitask but maintain quality service and effective communication with the rest of the team.
