Currently a liaison between the Asset management and ITS Departments to ensure that the Authorities property management software Yardi, is compliant with both the authorities needs and HUD's requirements. Providing users, and CHA staff with assistance understanding the reports and the functionality of the Yardi property management software. Responsible for the collection and processing of resident utility bills, along with confirming the accounts with both ComEd and Peoples Gas prior executing the rent roll and Utility Reimbursment process's for the Public Housing sector of the CHA.Work in conjunction with CHA staff and our local PIC coach to make data corrections to the authorities inventory when needed, in addition to coordinating with them to upload any new building and unit information into PIC as new developments come on line.Ensuring that the CHA's 50058's are submitted in a timely manner to HUD's PIC MTW module. Review the Fatal error reports and work in conjunction with the private management firms to correct the errors in order to submit 50058 corrections. Coordinate between the PIC coach and other PHA's to resolve double subsidy issues.

Supported the ITS department in executing its departmental objectives under the direction of the Authorities ITS director.Met and coordinated with various users and departments to gather reporting and or system requirements in order to improve the reporting or data collection in the ECS system.Worked in conjunction with the ITS development team to develope and analyze extracts scripts created to extact the ECS database to migrate it to an Oracle platform.

Supervised check run processes and generation of reports for a transportation system that ran under Unidata. Performed integral daily and weekly backups of all systems, in addition to upgrading the software and hardware to PC's to ensure compatibility and efficiency.Responsible for coordinating data entry of several accounts, handling inquires from the clients about their balances, credits or discrepencies.
