-Supported in development of school improvement plans for 13 SYLI supported or to be supported secondary schools in Puntland -supervised SIP grants implementation by SYLI supported schools and support schools in financial reporting organized and supported social mobilization conducted by GEFs of Nawawi and Sheikh Osman secondary schools-Represented MC in zonal inter-agency educational coordination meetings when PM is not available-participated in TLM policy assessment in Puntland - participated in planning and implementation 0f 36 female pre-service training program that is implemented byy GTECidentified and prioritized, and distributed TLMs for 13 schools in Bari, Karkaar, Nugal and Mudug regions -Established good working relations with respective regional/districts level of MoE offices (REOs and DEOs) and respective in SIPs establishment Working and Supporting of 150 in-service teachers training programme that is implemented by GTEC-Collaborated with M&E team in SYLI Programme data collection-Participated in preparation of weekly updates to be compiled by M&E guys-Participation in in planning and implementation process of 36 female pre- service trainees.
