Mr.Abdikadir has over 16 years experience in public sector service in various fields and ministries from the Ministry of Education,Ministry of Energy and petroleum and presently Ministry of Water and Irrigation.He is currently the Human Resource Manager for Northern Water works Development Agency, He is responsible for human Capital Management,Staff training ,Reward management and performance management in line with policies and procedures of the Agency and other existing laws.Prior to joining NWWDA,He was the Human Resource Officer at KENGEN (Kenya Electricity Generating Company) and a professional teacher of Biology/Chemistry at NEP girls High School with three years as Head of Department-Sciences.He holds Masters of Arts in Project Planning and Management from University of Nairobi: Bachelor of Education Science from Kampala International University; Diploma in Education Science from Kenya Science Teachers’ College as well as Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management (N.E.P Technical Training institute).He is currently pursing PHD at the Garissa University College.He is a certified professional mediator (MTI Institute), Professional Teacher and a member of IHRM,
