Sepinggan Sejadi Gaslift Pipeline Project (EPCI) - Chevron Indonesia CompanyPT. MEINDO ELANG INDAH is Contractor that has been awarded the EPCI contract for Sepinggan Sejadi Gas Lift Pipeline. PT. MEINDO ELANG INDAH will service EPCI for installation of the new offshore pipeline and riser including all association in PT. CHEVRON premises at Sepinggan field between Sepinggan production platform up to Sejadi Platform. The pipe line is 4” diameter gas lift pipeline and will be installed on the sea water depth of 110 ft through sea bed with approximately 3,600 meter lenght. PT. MEINDO ELANG INDAH will apply the HES requirement for this project as per HES guidelines to promote a safe and healthfull workplace during the performance of service.

Bangka Topside Project (Brown field) - CHEVRON Indonesia CompanyBangka Field is a deep water gas field located in offshore East Kalimantan, Indonesia in 3200 feet of water. The field will be developed with two well subsea completions, tie in the production to existing West Seno (WS) Floating Production Unit (FPU) through a new 10 inch pipeline. A new umbilical will be installed for remote subsea controls from the FPU. Modifications will be made to the existing WS FPU for processing and handling of the Bangka gas and condensate.The Bangka Field is part of Rapak PSC offshore East Kalimantan about 17 kilometers north of West Seno Field.Peak gas production will be 115 MMscfd (109.25 MMscfd with a plant efficiency of 95%) and condensate rate peaking at 3750 bcpd. The peak production is based on available existing West Seno Gas Compressor capacity. The water will be separated out, while gas and condensate will be shipped via existing West Seno pipelines to Chevron’s Santan Terminal. Bangka gas production will be exported via West Seno’s existing export pipelines via Santan Terminal to the East Kalimantan Petrochemical industry and the Bontang LNG Plant. Condensate will be exported for sales via tankers from the existing Santan Terminal. All Bangka topside equipment will be installed at West Seno FPU. The new Facility will be tie in and integrated with existing West Seno FPU Equipment.

Offshore Installation Ruby New Field Development Project (Green field) - MUBADALA PETROLEUMResponsibilities;- Daily Coordination with Client.- Develop safe working practices in all area construction safety management for owner consent.- Develop a comprehensive emergency response plan as part of an overall / contingency plan- Reviewed the incident and accident reports before submitted to client.- Conduct safety induction and in-house safety awareness training.- Monitoring inspection of construction tools and equipment prior to utilization on the project.- Monitoring Work Permit and its validity.- Responsible in participating ; a. HSE Meeting 1. Weekly Meeting 2. Monthly Meeting b.Toolbox Meeting c. Safety Talks- Monitoring the compliance of Employees & Visitor completion of POB.- Inspect, rectify and records daily unsafe act & unsafe condition.- Carry out HSE Program in verbal & written format as mentioned in HSE Manual. - Assessing employee for rewards and punishment purpose and issuing a warning/sanction to the involved employee.- To ensure that pre-start briefing and pre-lifting inspection is done in daily basis- To conduct emergency or evacuation drill according to the schedule.- Reporting to HSE Manager and Project Manager.- Leads and motivates Safety Officer and Safety Man required.- Coordination all safety activities as well as emergency drills.- Investigates any accident or incident as required- Prepares all reports as required.- Responsible to all document/file of equipment (certificate man power, lifting gear, crane, gas cylinder, oxygen basket, personal basket and etc).
