At The Grain Store, we tasked to create a welcoming environment for customers to have a memorable experience by us communicating product knowledge to facilitate their decision-making. I demonstrate flexibility regarding work assignments and work schedules. As one of the supervisors, I am accountable for opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the accuracy of inventory, training staff, and cashing up along other aspects such as assisting in product development and marketing.

During my time working for Primark, I started working in the stockroom at first. I worked in a fast-paced retail environment assisting staff and management. We have organized an effective system to allow goods to come in from the warehouse to on display to customers. As of February 2016, I worked on the shop floor, where we had been tasked with such duties as stocking, reorganize, and adding new stock to stands as well as serving customers with queries. While working for Primark, I have developed numerous skills such as creativity, leadership, communication.
