• Prepare Cash Disbursement Vouchers (Indicate cost allocation methods, donor codes, budget codes and other necessary details on the CPV such as proper description of the expense)• Ensure all support documents are available and attached to the Cash disbursement Voucher before presenting to the finance manager• Prepare cash receipt vouchers/ grant receipt acknowledgement receipts if any• Verify and check for accuracy for all supporting documents of a cash disbursement voucher as well as the specific project payroll before drafting cheques• Keep all blank cash Disbursement Vouchers, cash receipts, Purchase Order of the Organization in an organized filing system.• Make sure that all cash received is deposited to SSWC respective bank accounts• Record all cash transaction in the Cash Book and Ledgers commitment and analyze customer ledger balances and vendor ledger balances on a weekly basis and clear or follow up on outstanding items• Reconcile travel advance accounts for staff before additional advances are issued

• Carry out reconciliation of grant advance accounts and follow up with grant officers to ensure grantees are liquidating in a timely manner• Assist in organizational audits• Develop in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process as well as assist in updating financial policies• Prepare CISP monthly Reports

1.
