Process the full monthly payroll cycle for the UK plus small Care company payroll (Bright future care LTD), through an external payroll service provider (Payroll Manager250).• Manage several employee benefits including the Group Pension Plan, Childcare Voucher Scheme, GAYE, Health Assessments, Season Ticket Loans.• Control Company charity payments. Processing triple matching requests from employees, pay annual corporate donations, co-ordinate national fundraising days (Children in Need, MacMillan Coffee Morning, etc.) across all Our offices.• Co-ordinate and promote wellbeing events for all employees.• Maintain up to date procedures on all elements of my role in the HR procedures guide.• Ensure all Extranet content related to my areas of HR are updated as and when changes are required. i.e. new rules and regulations.
