Student Records Management: Maintain and manage accurate student records and academic transcripts, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Registration Support: Assist in the coordination of the registration process, including course enrollment, scheduling, and verification of student information.Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to institutional policies and regulations related to academic records and registration.Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to students, faculty, and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist with the preparation of reports, data analysis, and institutional research projects to support academic and administrative decision-making.Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to implement and uphold academic policies and procedures.System Management: Participate in the development and enhancement of registration and records management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
