represents the Consortium and its members in South Somalia, ensures regular and broad consultation with members and external stakeholders on current issues.

• Liaised and coordinated with authorities, traditional leaders, and relevant agencies • Active relations on behalf of DRC with local authorities, international organizations and NGOs present in Garowe Region, so as to ensure that DRC continues to maintain its advocacy role and profile among other stakeholders within the field of support to IDPs, resettlement, rehabilitation/development and peace building in the region.• Coordinated, information shared, reported and represented on behalf of DRC in all external relations with PL authorities and other development partners;

Liaised DRC-Puntland Program and the line ministries on a day to day basis.

• Prepare SMART food distribution plans and share with all stock holders; Supervise and provide technical inputs to all aspects of General Food and NFI distribution in such complex environment; Manage and lead food distribution teams and ensure overall general food distribution to the target beneficiaries. Other duties will be delegated by the Supervisor from time to time.
