Head Of Civilian Component At Esf
Current1. In coordination with relevant components and departments of EASF, in particular, the civilian component, conceptualize, develop and implement Integrated peacekeeping Training for EASF.2. Contributing to the development of Integrated Training concepts, courses and modules and courses focusing on Civilian Pre-Pre deployment (CPDT), Induction Training and On-the –Job Training along thematic lines.3. Contributing to the delivery of, and overseeing the delivery of integrated Peace Support Training Courses4. Ensuring the standardization of Integrated Civilian Peacekeeping training through monitoring and evaluation according to EASF needs to meet the AU/ASF and UN standards.5. In coordination with the Human Resource Officer, the training & rostering officer assists in the development, servicing and maintaining of a civilian roster with qualified civilian experts and trainers for the purposes of ensuring a pool of civilian experts in the region ready and available for deployment under an Integrated EASBRIG mission
