Responsibly- Responsible support fitters during installations, ensuring procedures are followed for a smooth and efficient fitment process.- Responsible conduct post-fitment checks, ensuring all sensors are functioning correctly and are visible on the main system.- Provide comprehensive support to clients in integrating Cartrack APIs, from initial setup through to production deployment.- Address client product issues, escalating to specialized experts when necessary.- Manage client concerns and ensure prompt resolution.- Configure telematics products, with a particular focus on the Smart Cabin camera, and perform testing on telematics products for customer-specific requests.- Ensure client requirements are met to the highest standard.- Develop internal tools and management systems for improved traceability and structured processes.- Create internal technical documentation to enhance understanding of company products, business processes, and technical workflows

Responsibilty- Responsible for integrating merchants with existing services until they can use them smoothly.- Explaining the business and technical flow of services to merchants.- Checking transactions if merchants experience transaction failures.- Monitoring transaction traffic for any decreases or disruptions and explaining the root causes.- Providing support for merchant testing on various services such as Credit Card, Virtual Account, Convenience Store, E-Wallet, Disbursement, and QRIS.- Creating online documentation that merchants can use to understand the specifications of products and services available.- Creating modules designed for merchants using different programming languages, including Python and PHP (Laravel).- Merchants that have received support include Dipostar Finance, Akulaku Group, AFC Life Science, Plugo, Cyrameta Exchange, Bank Neo Commerce, TIX ID, and others.

Responsibility- Fixing bugs in the core application- Implementing new specifications if there are enhancements from partners- Ensuring the core application runs smoothly using JUnit tester
