• Ensure regular inspections on preventive maintenance (PM) and commissioning protocol for all installation ofrotating and static equipment, fittings, and equipment in refinery plant - RBD Palm Oil, Palm Oil Methyl ester(Biodiesel), Glycerine.• Lead, manage and maintain overall plant utilities which includes water, electricity, natural gas, steam boiler,and compressed air.• Carry out improvement studies by analysing the performance of plant equipment (downtime and reliability),providing technical support, and executing projects to enhance plant equipment output and reliability.• Review cost estimation, project planning & scheduling for plant maintenance repair and upgrading project.• Supervise maintenance site supervisor, contractors, and vendors to carry out quality work as per agreed workscope, within budgeted cost and within allocated schedule.• Manage and lead boiler house operation supervise boilerman to ensure steam related system, mediumpressure boiler, high pressure boiler, thermal oil heater and natural gas equipment’s including burnermaintenance and burner tuning and other related maintenance are carried out accordingly.• Ensure overall safety on boiler and the Boilerman, including upkeep boiler's operation data. Ensure legalcompliance on steam facilities and activities in line with DOSH and audit requirements.• Take the lead and manage for annual boiler inspections by the relevant authorities.• Lead and supervise maintenance team with manpower containing 3 supervisors, 14 technicians, and 3boilerman first grade to run 24/7 running operation of boiler.• Highly involve (plan, lead, execute) up to 6 annual plant annual shutdown maintenance work relating to plantvessel/equipment inspection by DOSH including boiler maintenance and overhaul works.• Active carry out multiple projects to improve plant safety related as Safety Committee Member• Involve in plant certification process as internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC22000.

Responsibility :• Provide improvement solutions to Steel Making Plant and Rolling Mill maintenance team in field work by obtaining field information, checking installations, problem-solving, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.• On-site checking and monitoring of hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling water system, and compressed air system, and industrial gas system.• Generating report and planning for work schedules, part ordering, prepare job specification for the maintenance department.• Ensure all P&ID, piping plan, mechanical part drawings, assembly drawings and equipment layouts are up to date and properly documented and have easy access for references.• Responsible to ensure clear communication with consultant, contractor, and vendor by conducting frequent meetings and discussion in order to maintain project completion within a specific timeline.

Research Topic : Study of new process control based on Statistical Process Control (SPC) approach by finding a new control limit using JMP statistical software for curing oven for direct stiffener product.Responsibility :• Assisted Direct Stiffener/Lid Attach (DSA/DLA) Module Engineer.• Monitoring and improving production line process stability • Applying commonality analysis(JMP Software), statistical process control (SPC), and design of experiments (DOE) • Worked closely with Equipment Engineer to monitor machinery unscheduled downtime.• Trained in driving improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability, and machine capability.• Applied safety and ergonomic over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment, and operating personnel.• Participated in production line 5S and lean manufacturing to maximize output yield an increase in operation and energy efficiency.
