 Starting and shut down of plant or units following Procedure. Monitors operations , including engine fluid levels, engine and compressor temperatures , start / stop , load / unload , recognize abnormal sounds , vibrations , and potential safety problems at inception and take appropriate action to prevent damage to equipment , loss of production , or a serious safety hazard to develop  Operate all static and rotary equipment in CPF. Closely monitor products quality and adjust process settings as necessary to maintain export specifications. Frequently check the plant and record data for all parameters to insure optimum equipments performance. Synchronizing and sharing the loads between the generators Filling chemicals and control the chemical injection rates as required. Line up the pig launcher and pig receiver for sending and receiving the pig. Performing laboratory testing such as( BS&W, S.gravity, Density, API, RVP, Oil in Water).  Isolation of equipments and systems for maintenance and Modifications. Always to be alert for any emergency case

 Start up and shut down the unit, emergency cases. Maintaining the unit conditions: pressures, temperatures, flows, levels and suggest the proper actions. Operate all the items: heaters, pumps, compressors, separators, condensers, heat exchangers, coolers, instrumentations………….etc. Coordinate with operation and maintenance department to perform different kind of work in the plant . Supervise plants overhaul. Control all process variables in the plan in order to obtain products with standards specification. Addition of chemical injection to overhead towers and another point to reduce corrosion rate in equipment.  Optimum operating conditions as minimum steam & heaters excess air. Preparation the unit for overhaul and maintenance in safe way.

 Laboratory job: Perform all laboratory Tests for crude oil and products, as Viscosity Flash point Freezing point  Distillations  Water content  Octane number B.S.W&.
