Engineering Project Manager
Current- Working on projects related to Aluminum and glazing (Domes, canopies, skylights, curtain walls, frameless facades, minimal facades, motorized and automatic doors, doors and windows, etc.)- Working from the ground up, developing the project scope, schedule, and budgets.- Applying existing strategies to balance the elements of time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and resources- Providing project management for project scheduling, tracking, issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting- Coordinating all project work packages (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) related to Aluminum and glazing works (Drainage, Waterproofing, substructures, Motorization, automation.) with responsible subcontractors-Managing the performance of employees through goal setting, ongoing assessment, and coaching- Coordination with all project stakeholders
