Regional Classified Publication - 29 Branches)· Coordinate with the Executive Managers across the region (MENA and GCC) to ensure uniform and homogenous production strategy· Oversee all stages of the production process to ensure that publications are produced on time to the required standards and within budget.· Develop production plans for all publications and establish costs for each stage to ensure the effective management and control of production process.· Provide technical advice on all aspects pertaining to the production process for company staff and external contractors as per the standard requirements· Develop and maintain contact with external suppliers and negotiate the most favorable terms for the company to keep production costs at the minimum.· Investigate potential new suppliers to ensure that the company takes advantage of the best available rates.· Research and implement technical developments in the production process and consult company staff on proposed changes to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
