• Prepare the pack-house operational cost budget and ensure the packhouse costs are within it.
• Develop, review and implement standard operating procedures for the packhouse in line with market standards and various audit organizations on best practice
• Ensure proper training of packhouse staff members.
• Develop and enforce performance standards with a purpose to optimize productivity of labour and other packhouse resources.

• Increase overall machine OEE by eliminating NVA activities.
• Consult with maintenance about productivity issues and take corrective action to reduce machine breakdown and improve performance.
• Working with the QA team on activities such as documentation preparation and control to pass important audits.
• Train and mentor team members to help them meet production targets.
