I did promote greater sense of responbility and purpose and encouraged collaboration betweem myself and the teaching staff, especially those who I monitor and evaluate. I encouraged student stride for excellence performance through open talks and individual counseling. I also volunteered much of my free time assist students in their academic pursuance.
