The Process is dynamic for high grade and heap leach process for low grade ore. Responsible of contract management from scope of work to commissioning at Al Bai'tha mine. - Write out Scope of works, manage bids technical evaluation and contract set-up - Monitoring the contractor’s progress and performance and consider necessary changes to conform to the contract requirements - Chair coordination meetings and safety meetings with Contractor- Receive and review the contractor’s reports of safety, production, labor and material employed. - Receive for approval RFI and work vouchers and invoices- Maintain good relations and communications with all involved in the contract- Insure that contractor enforces Company safety programs including the holding of toolbox and safety meetings.- Insure that contractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work- Identify any contractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards discuss issues and consider necessary changes to fix it- Provides the necessary expertise to the project progress and coaching teamsResponsible for blasting - Manage explosive delivery contract and ensure continuous inventory - Ensure blasting as per security and safety procedures- Manage blasting team- Coordinate with all department involved
