Internal Control Officer
• Conducting visits to 30-40 stores randomly, with a minimum of 2-3 stores per day, to check service SOPs, stock and cash opname, and ensure the physical condition and system balance executed by all crew members.• Conducting inspections related to records, such as purchase invoices from all divisions including sales, sales supervisors, and warehouses.• Achievement: discovering misconduct by the crew, such as delayed deposits and smuggling of goods not corresponding to the POS system, resulting in warnings and termination of 7 store crew members.• Reporting suspicions of misconduct based on findings before reporting to superiors an followed up by management.
