My tasks and Responsibilities - Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan- Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes

Tasks and Responsibilities- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing departmentSet, monitor and report on team goals- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Tasks and Responsibilities - Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research- Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services- Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues- Negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners on promotional display and merchandise placement- Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs- Attend relevant trade shows and events- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities- Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns- Track expenses in an organized fashion- Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities- Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team.
