• Collect, collate, encode, upload and analyze AFP/polio epidemiological and laboratory data.• prepare and regularly distribute bi-weekly Polio Bulletin• prepare and send data exchange files via Polcase to WHO HQ• develop and send out monthly AFP spot maps, as well as any other data analysis as may be required by Regional Office staff, as well as counterparts in WHO HQ and country offices• support troubleshooting for Polio/AFP Surveillance and Reporting System (PASRS)• develop formatted data, charts, tables and maps as requested by EPI staff within the RegionalOffice, country offices in WPR and WHO HQ; in particular, support data analysis to guideresponse to ongoing cVDPV outbreaks in the Philippines and Malaysia• provide back-up to the VDI Data Team as needed, under their guidance and supervision• support the data management team in the WHO health emergency unit(WPRO) on COVID 19 data management related issues

 Collecting & compiling data on TB/HIV from 224 Health Facilities, 67 district offices and 3 zonal offices on monthly basis. Conducting field data quality assessment(DQA) in district heath offices & health facilities on monthly basis Collecting and compiling quarter report data from district health offices Collecting laboratory EQA (external quality assurance) data from EQA center hospitals and regional laboratory on quarterly basis. Compiling standard of care (SOC) data received from clinical mentors on weekly basis. Summarize and present the data on the monthly staff meeting for the field staff. Participate on operational research conducted on TB in the project zones Train HCW on M&E,HMIS & data quality issues as need arises

• Collect, compile and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly report on all program areas of HIV/AIDS programs (ART, VCT, PMTCT, STI, TB-HIV, laboratory and palliative care) and send the report to UCSD-E monitoring and Evaluation team.• Supervise and coordinate the activities of data clerks engaged in data collection in different health facilities • Deliver different trainings like M&E, computer application software , ART & non ART (VCT,PMTCT,STI,PMTCT) data base management, statistical software for data clerks and health care workers at site level • Supervise and coordinate the data entry activities of data clerks in the hospitals and health centers• Extract pertinent information from database on a monthly basis and analyze the data using spreadsheet and statistical software for site level data use.• I have participated in 2010 HIV Sero-prevalence and Behavioral Epidemiology Risk Study in the Ethiopian National Defense Force conducted in collaboration with American defense force medical department as data entry supervisor, data cleaning and verification, data analysis &r report writing activities.
