Assisting staff, faculty, and students in setting up, configuring, and using computer equipment and software within established standards. Overseeing the IT infrastructure for 400 workstations, including laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, telephone systems, and multifunction printers. Managing the IT helpdesk, diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, performing regular backups, coordinating with third-party service providers, and ensuring security compliance. Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance, maintaining Microsoft Windows and Active Directory, and handling disaster recovery planning. Overseeing the rollout of Outlook 365, managing the IT Asset Management System, and providing technical reviews for IT equipment purchases. Coordinating with vendors and technicians for the delivery and installation of IT services.
