- Meet clients and visit their sites to do an analysis of the site's topography and services.- Creating concept designs and working them further into highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications like AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lumion, Revit, MS Office etc- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of projects- Working around constraining factors such as municipality regulations and guidelines, environmental impact and project budget- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, estimators and horticulturists- Choosing the materials,products and plantation to be used and specifying the requirements for the project- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction- Specialized in obtaining Authority Approvals from Dubai Municipality, DCCA, Nakheel and Trakhees.

My responsibilities include preparation of design concept, schematic and working drawings of landscapes of the townships; and coordination with consultants and site team.

Worked on conceptual drawings, presentation drawings, tender drawings, working drawings, design detailing and developing 3D’s of different projects dealing with the landscapes of university, group housing and private residences. Coordinated with the architects and consultants. Also have worked on the design detailing of a prestigious projects of Coronation Park, Delhi; Humayun's Tomb/Sunder Nursery/ Nizamuddin Complex, Delhi.

I worked upon the different stages (from concept to details) of design of private residences, group housing, commercial and industrial projects.
