• Preparing information required for billing of completed jobs.• Assisting in the preparation of O&M manuals.• Preparing documentation for handover to the maintenance team.• Monitoring and tracking all PPM services, in house and subcontractor.• Coordinating with subcontractors to arrange police permission, security access for ppm and reactive services for the client.• Assisting with the control of all financial and commercial aspects of the project. • Assisting in the production of supporting financial information if required.• Preparing predefined reports, which form part of the project and client’s requirements.• Enable full auditable trails with, but not limited to invoices, timesheets, material orders and goods received notes.• Performing general duties relating to the contract including:  Maintain staff lists and details relating to organization charts. Preparation of reports and documents, minutes of meeting, leave applications, staff transfer and vehicle transfer. Material ordering and administration. Subcontractor administration. Complying with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labor law.• Being a part of management team, managing the supervisors and coordinators to meet contract expectations and achieve maximum operational efficiency.• Managing all technical and non-technical (Engineering / Administration) direct and subcontracted services, ensuring all services are delivered in a consistent and compliant manner.

• Programming and Configuration of Industrial equipment (such as Temperature Controllers, Relays, Generator Modules, Analogue and digital Panel Meters, Energy and Power Analyzers etc.).• Implementation of project management tasks within defined deadlines.• Coordinating with other parties involved in the execution of the projects.• Onsite Troubleshooting of all products.• Ensure timely completion of all projects i.e. proposal, procurement and equipment provisioning.• Preparation of techno-commercial offers.• Working with local and international vendors.• Ensuring on-time deliveries with respect to customer’s requirement/urgency.• Negotiating with suppliers/customers, preparing RFQ, taking technical clarifications, terms and conditions.• Maintaining a log of orders with respect to different suppliers/projects.• Managing stocks of complete product range, preparing gate passes/invoices and update inventory ledger on daily basis.
