My lifelong fascination with aircrafts fueled my career path, leading me to India's leading private aerospace manufacturer as a graduate engineer. Over 14 years, I've thrived in diverse roles, from leading production teams on shop floor, Capacity planning, Supply chain, Program Management and Contract negotiations. I possess a strong understanding of Demand forecasting, Technology integration, P&L, Supply chain management, Customer engagement and Growth strategies. My passion for propulsion systems led me to associate with a Skunk-work inspired Start-up within organization focused on aero engines component manufacturing. Currently, we manage multi-program, multi-factory operations – a testament to our rapid growth. I'm a data-driven leader, who loves and excels at identifying process gaps, implementing systems, and navigating complex negotiations. I love playing badminton, reading and an avid fan of Formula1.
