19 years of combined experience in IT and payment technologies/domain, with 14+ years of experience in Banking/Payment domain in the UAE and 12+ years of experience in acquiring/cards domain. Currently working as AVP and platform owner of Government solutions acquiring products.Primary expertise in Merchant Acquiring, e-commerce platform, custom built POS solutions, acquiring switch - Postilion, card fraud monitoring rule engines (Falcon). Strong knowledge in merchant acquiring domain, issuing, and fraud rules area. Worked in .NET programming with C sharp, SQL server and Oracle databases. Experience in analyzing and implementing scheme mandates. Coordination with schemes (VISA, MasterCard, CUP, AMEX, Mercury), vendor and other stakeholders/clients. Current roles include managing the platform team, owning merchant acquiring platform related to government solutions provided to various UAE government entities, implementation support of government solution (e-commerce and POS) which is service catalog based eCom and POS solutions; extended to client as payment as a platform.Current Job duties include, but not limited to:• Leading the requirement gathering from the clients;• Supervising external and internal BRD preparation, BRD review and sign off; • Analyzing current gap in the system compared to the requirements; • Suggesting existing product functionalities to clients; • Coordinating with build team/vendors to convert the requirements to technical functionalities; • Support during project life cycle; • UAT execution overview and UAT sign off;• Technical/Platform functionality support to IT support and business operations; • Coordinating with PMO in the project execution phase;• Pilot run and review of pilot results, making sure implementation of changes are in par with requirements.• Enhancing current product with latest payment methods and tailored functionalities based on the experience with government clients;• Client meetings, updating project status, weekly reporting;• Govt Solution platform team management.
