This is my first and also present company. I got selected in University Campus Placement.We are using an ERP Software named BOSPrint QuickEasy. This software includesdifferent modules like Estimation, Work Order, Delivery, Invoice, Customer, Supplier,Customer Age Analysis, SOA, Ledger, Payments, Planning Board, Workflow, Stocks,Purchase Order, Cost Center, Trial Balance etc. All connected to each other. I got trainedon each and every module. Basically they recruited me to implement there newlyintroduced software and I heartfully helped to setup this.My primary responsibilties -Cost EstimationEstimation for Commercial and Packaging Printings.Our regular products are Business Cards, Flyers, Books, Shopping Bags, Boxes,Folders and Binders, Posters, Canvas, Corrugated and E-Flute Products, Labels etc.These includes various finishing options like varnish, spot uv, foil stamping, emboss,deboss, lamination etc.Other responsibilities -Finance Related WorksCustomer RegistrationMaking InvoicesGenerating Statement of Accounts (SOA) and Sending to CustomersPayment Allocation and AdjustmentLedgerCustomer Age AnalysisCredit NotesBank Statement ReconcilingProduction Related WorksMaking Work Order / Job BagDelivery NotesProcurement Related WorksSupplier RegistrationOrdering paper (Only two suppliers I manage)Supplier Invoice Price CheckingReportsGenerating and submitting different reports upon managers’ request. These basicallyincludes Quote Conversion Report, Financial Reports, Customer Wise Sales ConversionReport, Product Wise Sales Report etc.File ManagementScanning and Filing Administrative Files, Signed Delivery Notes and Invoices.I have a freelance assistant who takes care of a few things when I am busy.Upon request of my Manager I look into defferent production and administrative issuesto give them better idea and possible solution how to deal with them.

TOI is basically Newspaper Printing House which use web offset printing process. Here we understood the whole life-cycle of a newspaper printing process. I submitted a report on quality and wastage management.
