•KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES •Responsible for management and execution of all logistics activities in accordance with corporate and statutory requirement and local & international laws, regulations, and policies. •Liaise with internal departments i.e. Production, Lab & Warehouse relevant to logistics functions.•Communicate with carrier and freight forwarders for booking space by sea / land / air / courier & arrange shipments as per customer’s requirements for all orders.•Monitoring cargo movement through the tracking system and update customer on daily basis.•Review letter of credit to determine compliance with international and company standard. •Responsible for the preparation of Export L/C documents ( Banking, Shipping Lines, Insurance )•Well Verse with terms of international Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, Insurance Docs, Customs Docs, pre & post shipment documents, Banking Documents on Advance, DP, DA terms, Commercial Invoices Pre Shipment Inspection etc, Chamber, Ministries & Embassy Endorsements. •Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations & UCP Practices.•Arranging pre shipment inspection with SGS and Bureau VERITAS.

• Handling L/C formalities / documentation for Import / Export throughout the Globe. • Handling the bank transaction like L/C establishment, Amendments, Export Documents…. Etc. • Handling shipping documents, negotiating freights, containers bookings. • Handling Bill of Ladings, Switch B/Ls & keep a track of shipments till they reaches their destination. • Providing Order Status to Customers. • Handling business queries pertaining to suppliers & buyers. • Worked to develop business to markets like Asia, Europe and far east.
