HR Assistant • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)• Communicate with public services when necessary• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesAccountant: • Management of Accounts Receivables / Payables and General Ledger Accounts• Preparation and Control over Petty cash, LPO, Invoices, Receipts & Payments, Deposits, Journal vouchers, Purchases & Sales, Debit & Credit notes and other Accounting documents.• Maintaining of Debtors and Creditors Reports• Cheque and Cash Collection from Customers.• Payroll Preparation• Handling of Petty Cash.• Negotiating suppliers for price, payment terms and verifies the accuracy of supporting documents prior releasing payments to the suppliers• Responsible for management reporting, short-long term financial planning• Analyzing business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations• Dealing with banks for arranging short / long term cost effective funds, credit facilities for pre approval stage to post approval stage of projects• Examining and analyzing financial records, financial statements, assess the accuracy of financial reports completeness, conformance for reporting and procedural standards
