• Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various IT related Systems/application. • Plan and establish the networking on the new site from ground up.• Provide technical and administrative support for Servers, Switches and Routers.• Monitors, plans, and coordinates the distribution of client/server software and service packs. • Provide network and desktop support to over 150+ user.• Designs, installs, upgrades, configures, and repairs local and wide area network hardware and Infrastructure• Provide technical and administrative support for the VLANs, Routers, Switches.• Monitor Servers and services ( Domain Controller, File Server, Backup Server, backup machine ISA Server, Print Server ), DHCP, DNS ,Active directory, WSUS, creating users , groups , OUs, group policy, Security, Common folders. • Oversee network and server configuration maintenance and management • Regular maintenance of servers, backup software, and storage tools through the installation of software upgrades, patches, and hardware upgrades.• Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources. • Maintains excellent communication with the IT Manager on all tasks and projects.• Ensures system back-ups and Disaster Recovery of the I.T daily and monthly.
