Hi there! I have three years of experience as a network engineer and a Cisco Certified Network Associate. Specifically for enterprise solutions, my area of experience includes diagnosing and configuring servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment. In addition to my expertise in networking, I have a strong foundation in programming, having studied Python, Java, and Kotlin.I am dedicated to lifelong learning and professional development. I have a BSc in computer science and an MSc in network engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and the University of Northampton, respectively. I enjoy working with varied teams and thrive on collaborative chances since I think these things improve IT innovation and problem-solving.I started off in my profession as a helpdesk technician, which prepared me for responsibilities in maintenance and support. My network management and IT support skills improved as a result of these jobs, putting me in a better position to handle increasingly difficult problems later on. My versatility and skill across a range of IT sectors are reflected in my familiarity with the Microsoft Suite.My professional attitude is characterized by ambition, initiative, and a sharp ability to pick up new abilities.
