•Carries out risk analysis for all vital operations taking place at site. Ensure that HSE procedures and practices are well implement.•Visit the site of an accident immediately to critically view circumstances, evidence and conduct investigations to ensure avoidance of re-occurrence.•Manage all requisite activities of an EIA including Coordination, Assessments, Environmental Testing, Public Consultation, and Data Gathering etc. by ensuring liaison with the EIA Contractor.•Development of Aspect / Impact Register and its implementation in Projects•Communicate all aspects of HSE Program at Plant to all respective HOD’s•Coordinate HSE activities with all customer and sub-contractor through their representative.•Monitor environmental issues of plants just like emission test, noise pollution, lux testing and waste water testing and ensure proper disposal of wastage. •Provide assistance in maintenance of whole plant firefighting and safety equipment.•Supports the Project Management in the HSE policy and guidelines implementation issue.•Ensures, in accordance with the Group guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.•Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures•Organize and provide HSE training to all Project Personnel’s to enhance awareness and to promote safety culture•Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement action plans.•Guide and recommend EHS activities and manage EHS data for periodic EHS regulatory documents.•Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.•Liaison with procurement department to provide safety equipment, material, tools, PPE, external trainings within allocated budget.•Managing and lead safety team and assigning roles and responsibilities to them to achieve HSE standards that meet client and project objectives.
