NEOM PROJECTS:• Reports directly to the Project QC Manager.• Daily involvement in Site inspections as per approved Inspection & test plan.• Review of project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify and determineQuality criteria and engineering criteria for materials, workmanship and testing requirementsrelated to civil works.• Responsible for preparing & Submission WIRs, MIRs, & RFIs, to the consultant. • Monitoring third party inspector's activities.• Assists in the preparation of quality documentation, including the Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and in the review of construction documents for compliance with project quality requirements related to civil works.• Preparation of inspection Checklist, Daily, Weekly and Monthly work Report.• Assure that all non-conformance reports are closed in a timely manner and help QC team in analyzing their root causes, corrective and preventive actions.• Coordinate all inspections; monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made per the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications• Attend monthly meetings and prepare the quality reports• Monitors the implementation of Method Statements, and, Inspection & Test Plans related to civil works, and ensures all necessary records are generated in a timely manner in their area of assigned responsibility.• Preparation and submission of material inspection requests, civil works inspectionRequests, material submittals, test reports and maintaining logs.• Liaises and coordinates with 3rd Party Testing /Inspection Company as required related toCivil works.• Render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of works beingImplemented by the construction group.• Inspection of concrete before pouring, witnessing quality testing on site.

Mumtaz City Housing development Project:• Ensure that all construction operations are carried out in accordance to the Specification, Construction Procedure, inspection and testing plan and approved method statement.• Preparing the inspection test request (RJI) including relevant documents before inspection date and time.• Coordinate with Site engineer with the sequence of inspection.• Monitor inspection test request matching to the activities to the site.• Update inspection test record.• Conduct Inspection of all ongoing construction activities.• Ensuring the proper implementation of Inspection and testing procedure, Project QC procedure, Method Statement, method of work, Inspection and Testing Plans through surveillance monitoring of the related site activities. • Witness planned inspection and test as per the relevant inspection and test plans and liaises with site engineers and supervision staff of the Consultants. • Coordinate inspection requests with the Consultants on RJI from responsible Site staff, and initiate RJI’s, logs and registers. QA/QC inspections as per approved check sheet, method statement, specification and drawings.• Review material/document submittals to ensure execution of work as per specification/manufacturer’s recommendations.• Preparation of monthly Quality Report.• Review and assists in preparation/compilation of test & inspection data as required.Processing the non-conforming item (nonconformity report, action confirmation, re-inspection application) for close out verification by the QA/QC Manager.• Monitor control & calibration of measuring apparatus and batching plants.
