In several occasions, the customer has a couple personal requirements for the product, so I have to ensure that the requirements are being met.• Sometimes I am required to work in other areas of the factory if there is more of a workload in a certain area where help is needed which required me to keep focus and be aware to avoid confusion between building the different products. The changes in position also required adaptability where I was moved from one area where I was comfortable to an area where I had no knowledge of the tasks and was required to pick up the steps and learn the process as quick as possible.• Good time-management was required whilst balancing work and University, where I had to allocate my time wisely between working on my assignments and working at CFM Ltd. • Whilst working at CFM Ltd I had to problem solve by ensuring that all products made were to a high standard which would be quality checked after build. This meant I had to efficiently solve any problems which occurred whilst also meeting the needs of customers.
