• Handling mall Safety & Security with more than 350 Security strength in a reputed large company.• Maintaining a strong & close working relationship with all important Emergency services including Police, Rangers, Defence, BDS and Fire & Other Intel Services or Govt departments / LEA’s. –• Handle the day to day operations in the AOR ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements. • Coordination b/w team and contractor employee works to oversee daily operations incl. FM, maintenance, security & HK, waste collection, administration and customer service.• Conduct staff & tenant orientation sessions for the entire AOR, covering emergency procedures/Plans/Drills, communication systems and other Safety & security procedures relating to the smooth operations.• Ensure operating policies & procedures are duly followed by the tenants, service providers, contractors, etc. including. Occupational Health & Safety standards. • Complete a daily report of vehicular traffic and other issues & provide a summary on a daily basis to the Senior Management. • Identify & inform Management of any Health & Safety risk related to the buildings, site, industry & traffic management plan that may affect employees, contractors & the general public. • Managing HSSE compliance on ISO Standards through regular audits, surprise visits, etc. Rectify any non-compliance through official warning, penalties, as per SOP.

• Ensure implementation of HSE Operational Policies and Procedures on daily basis.• Respond to all Safety/Security Incident Reports raised by the dept / distribution reference equipment.• Implements relevant health safety measures to ensure company compliance is adhered to.• Conduct Safety Audits and generate a subsequent action plan to Operations and the relevant dept Managers. Carries out reviews to ensure compliance.• Perform adhoc store visits to review all equipment is used correctly. To include CCTV, EAS and intruder alarm system.• Undertake investigations for all alleged breaches of Operational Policy. Conducts written interviews in a professional manner as well as taking witness statements when required.• Makes recommendations as per company Dept / operational needs.• Conduct training with regards to all HSE aspects of the stock handling process.• Conduct HSSE Training sessions for all site personnel.• Respond to Out of Hours alarm activation's and follow escalation process if required.• Assists in, or apprehends breaches and liaises with local police.• Advises safety procedures dealing with and assists in subsequent cases.• Supervise other staff /Officers and conduct briefing for them,• Assign duties as per the instructions from Safety & Security Manager • Prepare duty roster F&S and conduct HSE departmental orientation for new employees,• Coordinate with the local police, CID if required in case of any incident,• Check the property on a daily basis for any damage or hazards,• Monitor designated areas on the closed CCTV.• Ensure that ‘Fire Exit’ doors are kept free of blockage at all times and ensure that fire and safety equipment's are in their right places,Perform all tasks consistently in line with the HSE & ISO standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements.
