Moreover, we are giving support to the clients of CareMonXCAD in South Africa, Isle of Wight (UK), Belgium and Qatar. ● Leading the CareMonXCAD development and support team of 8 members.● Requirement analysis, architecture design and development of cloud based generic dispatch system, utilizing Google Firebase as the backend.● Implemented the authentication process using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID content for Google, Facebook, Twitter, GitHub and custom logins.● Design and performance optimization of the operations to work with the data stored in the Firebase JSON tree to keep the response time low with the data growth.

As the system analyst at Dimension Data, I am working on the project for the Western Cape Government, Emergency Medical Services and Patient Transport Services, based in Cape Town, South Africa. It is the biggest IT project by the South African Government so far. This project covers the complete life cycle of the cases, which includes call taking and call recording with AVAYA and Nice integration, optimized dispatching by using deCarta maps, android based mobile data terminals, live case status monitoring, planning and reporting. My job description includes the requirements gathering, analysis and documentation, architecture design, leading the development and quality assurance, conducting software assurance and user acceptance testing, deployment, presentations, demos and onsite support.
