Course Outline: Mechanisms, design, fabrication, and testing of microsensors, actuators, and Micro Electro- Mechanical systems (MEMS). A survey course is a broad-based course providing a breadth of knowledge, and this particular course offers relevant background for MEMS micro/nanofabrication equipment, processes, analytical tools and applications. The course is built around a project that provides practical hands-on experience designing and characterizing MEMS.Responsibilities: Fabrication of lab and project wafers, conducting labs, and assignment marking
