Administrative Officer
1.Installing,upgrading,supporting and resolving issues relating to PCs or laptops,printers,scanners,phones,Voip,besides the intranet,LAN and WAN,hardware and software.2.Configure and maintain operating system and software applications backup devices.3.Provide support to disaster recovery solutions and have the ability to comprehend how business applications work4.Manage ServiceNow Incident and request workflows by taking ownership,prioritizing incoming work and delivering servicing meeeting defined Service level agreement SLA timelines.5.Diagnose,analyze and solve complex computer hardware,software and microsoft windows operating systems problems and demonstrate excellent trouble shooting skills.6.Handle several scheduled tasks for users with the intent to see to it that their systems are functioning uninterruptedly. Coordinate and continually interact with support personnel and vendors that resolves issues related to software,hardware and network.7. Support the usersby catering to the requirement of their mobile devices and laptops. Maintain documentation of exciting activities through weekly/monthly status reports and incident reports and records
