This project focused on establishing standardized processes to ensure consistent and optimal manufacturing practices.Additionally, I was involved in a project dedicated to process improvements within the assembly line. The primary objective was to proactively identify and address various defects such as paint chips, scratches, dents, and damages, among others. By implementing targeted measures, we aimed to minimize these issues and enhance overall product quality.Furthermore, I had the opportunity to get involved in two significant projects. One of them was the "Process Transparency" project, which was to ease the work of Line Managers to monitor the stations.
