• Fully responsible of the whole operation of the Culinaryteam.• Did the opening of this property, fully responsible on the designing the layout of every kitchen outlet. • Manages all functions of the Food production, F&B service and Stewarding operations to achieve the optimum quality level of food production and sanitation.• Managing as well as marketing the whole F&B product.• Fully responsible on all HACCP requirements according to Food Control Authority.• Develops new dishes and products as well as writes standard recipes.• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including current trends and make appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly. • Controls and analyzes on an on-going basis, the level of cost, sales, marketing on all food product.• Sets food production and stewarding goals and develops strategies, policies and procedures.• Manages all functions of the kitchen production and create new activities e.g Food promotions and activities for the hotel.
