Also responsible for following all the incident management protocols and helping to identify root causes related to all alerts received. Provide day-to-day support for other teams on an as-needed basis.• Make daily transmission schedule• Making daily commercial transmission (CTS)• Media planning for promos & teasers• Making monthly minute-consuming reports• Co-ordination with graphics, programming, news, PCR, MCR all bureaus & transmission (Operations)• Removal of aired promos/PCGs/EVCs from the transmission.• Immediate response for changes in the grid after approval head of programs and head of news.• Getting approval from the head of programs and head of news for the airing of any promo and etc.
