• Independent review, comments and approval of contractor’s submittal of Shop drawings, material/technical submittal of Mechanical systems (Drainage, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, LPG, and HVAC) as per specification and contract drawings.• Effective coordination of electrical & mechanical scopes of work with emphasis on builders work, architecture & structure elements.• Issuing work clearance, replying to RFI’s, scheduling work and monitoring work in progress during construction phase; Joint inspections with Clients representatives /QA on work performed by MEP contractor.• Site inspection of construction activities to detect/stop any deficiency before it occurs; Liaise with local authorities and municipalities that have jurisdiction over the project to ensure full compliance with their guidelines and requirements.• Attend site progress meetings, technical meetings and MEP coordination meetings to discuss and resolve any design or construction issues with consultants and/or client's representative.• Deft in swiftly ramping up projects ensuring deadlines are complied with, achieving optimum resource utilization and cost effectiveness in operation.• Communicating ongoing work schedules and project progress with on-site team and upper management when requested.• Review of Positive and Negative variation submittals from various Contractors.

• Directly reporting to the Chairman in day to day operations.• As a head of the department, I have to take care about all our running projects.• Preparing a plan for completion of projects.• Execution and supervising the installation of Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Fighting.• Interfacing and working with clients in a professional manner to achieve project goals.• Preparation of Shop Drawings & material Submittal to take the approval from consultant.• To coordinate, control and guide the sub-contractors as required.• Attending meetings with the Consultant and the Main Contractor.• Monitor and report on project activities and follow up for management.
